Application of C-lingual retractor (a and b, CLR) and antero-posterior lingual retractor (c and d, APLR). Compared to CLRs, APLRs have a guide bar which connects the anterior segment and posterior segment through a path tube. CLR shows the clockwise tipping movement of the anterior segment, whereas APLR shows intrusive retraction with less torque loss from CBCT images
