The maxillary bone width is determined by the distance between the right and left bony points at the level of the mesiobuccal root tips of the first molars. Mandibular bone width was defined as the distance between the right and left bony buccal surface at the level of the furcation of first molars. The maxillomandibular bone width discrepancy is obtained by subtracting mandibular bone width (61.07 mm) from the maxillary bone width (53.33) = −7.74 mm
